Originally serving them in the 80's & 90's at Paul's Seafood and Oyster Boat, he has brought his mouth watering recipe to Cypress Station Grill.

In addition to providing his delicious crawfish to his restaurant guests, he has also produced professional crawfish & shrimp boils for numerous companies. You may have seen his custom crawfish trailer in our parking lot during crawfish season.
